Over 25 years working and teaching in primary and secondary special schools in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Experienced at senior and specialist levels I passionately believe in giving students with challenges a voice. Some may be already shouting loudly (!) but need a little interpretation to understand what they need to develop into their best selves.
