I work with schools to develop a restorative approach to managing and understanding learning and behaviour of students - particularly those with complex special education needs and disabilities.
When working with school leaders,
I deliver training and coaching contributing to individual goals and the strategic direction and development of their school.
The focus of my work lies in building trusting relationships to develop a deeper understanding of the problem to be solved and
ownership of the solutions.
We work together through a set of principles and values that come from restorative approaches and brain based coaching.
What I love most about my job is working collaboratively through the complexity of learning and behaviour challenges with compassion, empathy and understanding that can bring real change for both children and adults.
