A journey of Self Discovery
Regular coaching sessions with Frances not only had a positive impact on my own mental health and well-being, they enabled me to have time and perspective to lead strategically. Coaching sessions have been personal, enabling me to reflect upon the goals that I wanted to achieve, and find solutions through a process of effective questioning and Frances listening with an open mind. Frances' ability to ask questions enabled personal reflection and to find my own solutions. Each week the coaching sessions were a journey of self-discovery. Setting dedicated time aside each week not only gave myself much needed time to reflect and plan in order to be strategic, it was also an investment in myself.

Right Balance of Support and Challenge
I have worked with my coach for almost a year and I can say with absolute certainty that it has been an extremely positive experience. Her ability to help me to identify my objectives and offer tools and support to achieve them has been invaluable. Working with my coach has improved my self-confidence and allowed me to reflect on my ability to cope with difficult situations. She has allowed me to realise that the tools and strategies I have, are sufficient in dealing with any situation. Another positive impact has been the improved performance of the team I lead and manage. They are a more cohesive team with a shared vision and values which has enable us to work much more effectively together to the benefit of the children who attend our school. My coach's flexible and objective approach, with the right balance of support and challenge, enabled me to see a clearer path both in solving leadership issues and achieving my personal development goals. I believe that the techniques and approaches practiced and developed with my coach (and the confidence gained) will enable me to continue to improve, even at the end of our coaching programme.

A Total Magician!
Before I started my journey with Frances, I felt like I was free-falling and not sure where I wanted to go next; everything was muddy and unclear. After only a few sessions everything felt as clear as day. She always knew exactly the questions to ask: all the goals (and steps leading up to them) were on-point and relevant, I felt listened to and really supported. I have now finished our course together and I am now working on exciting and achievable goals to help me move forwards. I know exactly what I want (and what I don't). I cannot thank and recommend Frances enough she is a total magician.

More confidence with my role
I have had several coaching sessions with Frances over the last year. These sessions without doubt have supported me to gain more confidence within my role, specifically to communicate my ideas and vision to colleagues, specifically senior colleagues, so that these ideas and strategies could be rolled out. Prior to my sessions with Frances, this was challenging for me to do so, especially when engaging with colleagues who disagreed with, or challenged, my views and ideas.
Frances has also coached me when I have encountered challenging choices both professionally and in my personal life, Frances enabled me to seek clarity with the challenges I had and gave me strategies so that I could make the best possible choices in the situation. Frances always remains non-judgemental and will fully support me with the decision I took. Frances always follows up to see how I am progressing and is always available for further advice and support.
