Regular coaching sessions with Frances not only had a positive impact on my own mental health and well-being, they enabled me to have time and perspective to lead strategically. Coaching sessions have been personal, enabling me to reflect upon the goals that I wanted to achieve, and find solutions through a process of effective questioning and Frances listening with an open mind. Frances' ability to ask questions enabled personal reflection and to find my own solutions. Each week the coaching sessions were a journey of self-discovery. Setting dedicated time aside each week not only gave myself much needed time to reflect and plan in order to be strategic, it was also an investment in myself.

I have had several coaching sessions with Frances over the last year.
